By downloading or using DuaDhikr you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

DuaDhikr does not require you to create an account. All personal data is stored locally on your device. We have no access to your usage history or preferences.

DuaDhikr requires an active subscription after the initial onboarding prayer. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and are billed automatically through Apple's App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.

Subscription fees are charged at the rates displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Where a free trial is offered, it begins on the date of subscription confirmation. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.

DuaDhikr is a personal spiritual tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial supplication and reflection. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app to generate or distribute content for commercial purposes
• Attempt to circumvent subscription verification

The duas generated by DuaDhikr are personal supplications created with the assistance of AI. They are not fatwas, religious rulings, or authoritative Islamic guidance. Quranic verses are sourced from the Al-Quran Cloud API and are provided for reflection only.

DuaDhikr does not replace a qualified Islamic scholar or imam. Always seek qualified religious guidance for matters of faith and practice.

DuaDhikr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of generated content, or compatibility with all devices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DuaDhikr and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Your use of DuaDhikr is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

DuaDhikr is rated 4+ on the App Store. The app is suitable for all ages but is designed primarily for adult Muslims. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising use by minors.
